Infosys Share Price in Focus; Collaborates with CMMI Institute for Enterprise AI Maturity Framework

Infosys has announced a collaboration with the CMMI Institute to contribute to the development of the CMMI AI Maturity (AIM) Framework. 

The company also successfully completed the CMMI AIM Pilot Assessment, becoming one of the first organisations globally to receive recognition under the framework.  

Infosys Contributes to AI Maturity Framework 

As a pilot participant, Infosys worked with the CMMI Institute to help shape the AI Maturity Framework by contributing insights on enterprise-scale AI deployment, governance practices, and responsible AI implementation. 

The collaboration focused on defining standards for assessing AI maturity across large organizations.  

Company Completes Pilot Assessment 

Infosys is among the first select organizations globally to complete the CMMI AIM Pilot Assessment. 

The assessment evaluated how artificial intelligence is integrated across enterprise-grade software engineering, service delivery, and operational processes.  

Assessment Covered AI Governance and Operations 

According to the company, the pilot assessment covered AI-augmented software development, maintenance, testing, and support initiatives across its global delivery network. 

The evaluation examined productivity, quality, governance, risk management, compliance, and responsible AI practices across the software engineering lifecycle.  

Infosys Leverages Topaz AI Platform 

Infosys stated that the initiative builds on its broader investments in AI-first software engineering through Infosys Topaz and its agentic services platform, Infosys Topaz Fabric. 

The company said these capabilities are being used to operationalize AI across internal operations and client engagements.
