Infosys announced a final dividend of ₹25 per equity share along with its Q4 FY26 results. This reward will be given to shareholders for the financial year ending March 31, 2026.

  • Payment date: June 25, 2026

Shareholders who hold the stock on the record date will be eligible to receive the dividend.

  • EBIT grew 1% QoQ to ₹9,743 crore.
  • EBIT margin slightly declined to 20.9% from 21.2% in the previous quarter.

CEO Salil Parekh said the company delivered steady growth and strong deal wins worth $14.9 billion during FY26, driven by demand for AI-led services.

The company highlighted that its AI-first strategy and strong partnerships are helping clients adopt artificial intelligence solutions and improve efficiency. Infosys aims to gain a bigger share of large digital transformation projects in the coming years.

Infosys share price (NSE: INFY) was trading at ₹1,186.30 on 24 April at 10:40 AM, down ₹54.30 (4.38%) for the day. The stock opened at ₹1,200, touched an intraday high of ₹1,223.90, and slipped to a low of ₹1,185.00, which is also its 52-week low. Its 52-week high stands at ₹1,728.00, while the stock offers a dividend yield of 3.79%, with a quarterly dividend amount of ₹11.24 per share.
