Info Edge (India) Limited informed that its wholly owned subsidiary Jeevansathi Internet Services Private Limited has approved an investment of about ₹10 crore in Aisle Network Private Limited.
The decision was taken at the board meeting held on January 19, 2026. Aisle is a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Info Edge and operates multiple online dating platforms in India.
Aisle Network Private Limited is headquartered in Bengaluru at Manipal Centre, Dickenson Road. As per financials for the year ended March 31, 2025, the company reported a turnover of ₹39.62 crore. It recorded a net loss of ₹17.80 crore and had a net worth of ₹20.86 crore. The company runs digital matchmaking applications including Aisle, Anbe, Arike, Neetho and Jalebi, which cater to users seeking serious relationships and life partners.
Since Aisle is already 100% owned through Jeevansathi, the transaction qualifies as a related party investment under the Companies Act, 2013. The investment is being undertaken on an arm’s length basis and does not result in any change in control. After the proposed infusion, Aisle will continue to remain a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Info Edge.
The primary objective of the funding is to meet the working capital requirements of Aisle and support the growth of its digital platforms. The investment will be made through cash consideration. Jeevansathi will subscribe to 10,00,000 Compulsorily Convertible Debentures of Aisle having a face value of ₹100 each, aggregating to about ₹10 crore. No governmental or regulatory approvals are required for the transaction, and the process is expected to be completed within 30 days from approval.
The infusion is expected to strengthen Aisle’s technology capabilities, marketing outreach and user acquisition initiatives in the competitive online matchmaking space. Info Edge continues to back its consumer internet portfolio and sees long-term potential in relationship-focused platforms.
On January 20, 2026, Info Edge share price (NSE: NAUKRI) opened at ₹1,311.10, touching the day’s low at ₹1,302.50, as of 10:38 AM on the NSE.
