On July 27, 2026, Indus Towers Limited released its audited consolidated financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026, as per the exchange filings.  

The company reported a total income of ₹8,552.30 crore, marking a 5% increase compared to the same period last year.

For the quarter ending June 30, 2026, Indus Towers Limited reported a total income of ₹8,552.30 crore. This represents a 5% year-on-year (YoY) increase from ₹8,142.70 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.  

Additionally, the total income rose by 3.6% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) from ₹8,256.20 crore in the March 2026 quarter. 

The company's net profit (PAT) for the June 2026 quarter stood at ₹1,745.80 crore, reflecting a 0.5% YoY increase from ₹1,736.80 crore a year ago.  

However, the net profit decreased by 2.6% QoQ from ₹1,792.90 crore in the March 2026 quarter. 

Annual Financial Performance for FY26 

For the financial year 2026, Indus Towers Limited reported a total income of ₹32,970.10 crore. The net profit (PAT) for the year amounted to ₹7,144.90 crore. 

Steady Top-line Growth Anchored by Core Infrastructure Expansion 

Indus Towers Limited announced its audited consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, delivering a steady financial performance driven by continuous network rollouts.  

The company recorded consolidated revenues of ₹8,431.1 crores, marking a 4.6% increase compared to the ₹8,057.6 crores posted in the same quarter last year.  

This growth was backed by a 6.3% year-on-year expansion of its physical infrastructure footprint, bringing the company's total telecom tower base to 267,611 structures across the country. 

Steady Earnings Growth Balanced by Robust Cash Flows 

The infrastructure major reported a consolidated EBITDA of ₹4,521 Crores, reflecting a modest 3.0% growth year-on-year and a stable EBITDA margin of 53.6%. Net profit for the period came in at ₹1,745.80 Crores, up 0.5% from the matching previous period.  

Operational efficiency was particularly pronounced in cash generation, as Operating Free Cash Flow grew substantially by 23.4% year-on-year to hit ₹1,781 Crores, driven by customer-led digital network expansion and disciplined corporate cost management. 

Strategic Push into International Markets and Digital Agility 

"Despite supply chain disruptions arising from geopolitical developments, we delivered a resilient performance," stated Prachur Sah, Managing Director and CEO of Indus Towers Limited.  

The company is actively diversifying its geographic presence and has secured operating licenses across all three of its targeted African nations, remaining on track to commence network rollouts later in 2026.  

Looking ahead, corporate leadership emphasized using digital transformations and AI-led operational frameworks to address rising connectivity needs and create long-term shareholder value.
