
Indosolar Limited has announced a remarkable financial performance for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. The company reported substantial growth in revenue and profit, marking a successful turnaround in its business operations.
For FY26, Indosolar Limited recorded revenue from operations at ₹679.85 crore, reflecting a 109.89% increase compared to ₹323.91 crore in FY25.
The company's EBITDA stood at ₹270.75 crore, up by 184.88% from the previous year's ₹95.04 crore.
Additionally, the profit after tax (PAT) surged by 350.16%, reaching ₹246.60 crore compared to ₹54.78 crore in FY25.
The company also achieved a significant milestone in module production, reaching 1,051 MW in FY26, up from 589 MW in FY25.
This growth underscores Indosolar's enhanced operational efficiency and strategic focus on expanding its manufacturing capabilities.
In Q4 FY26, Indosolar's revenue from operations was ₹83.10 crore, a decline from ₹192.00 crore in Q4 FY25.
This decrease was attributed to a shift from direct distribution and trading revenue to substantial revenue from tolling contracts.
Despite this, the EBITDA for the quarter rose by 28.20% to ₹64.33 crore, compared to ₹50.18 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.
The PAT for Q4 FY26 was ₹42.00 crore, marking a 4.90% increase from ₹40.04 crore in Q4 FY25.
Indosolar Limited's board has approved the appointment of Mr. Nilesh Bhogilal Gandhi as an additional director and Mr. Abhishek Pareek as the Chief Financial Officer.
These strategic appointments are expected to strengthen the company's leadership team.
In a bid to enhance its product offerings, Indosolar has invested in upgrading its technology capabilities.
The introduction of G12 solar module manufacturing is a significant step towards providing higher-efficiency products that meet current market demands.
