Indo Tech Transformers Limited has announced the cancellation of a significant order by Renew Wind Energy (JAMB) Private Limited. This development was disclosed in compliance with Regulation 30 (7) of SEBI's Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
The order, initially executed on January 8, 2026, involved the supply of 6 transformers, each rated at 220 kV – 165 MVA. The total value of this order was ₹64.99 crore, excluding applicable taxes. Renew Wind Energy cited project delays as the reason for the cancellation.
Despite this cancellation, Indo Tech Transformers has maintained a robust order book. The company has secured orders worth approximately ₹80 crore from various renewable projects in the past week alone.
Indo Tech Transformers has clarified that the cancellation will not have a significant impact on its operations, as the manufacturing of the transformers had not yet commenced. The company continues to enjoy a healthy order book, ensuring stability in its business operations.

As of March 11, 2026, at 3:30 PM, Indo Tech Transformers share price on NSE was closed at ₹1,378.30 down by 0.34% from the previous closing price.
Indo Tech Transformers' announcement of the order cancellation by Renew Wind Energy highlights the dynamic nature of business engagements in the renewable energy sector. The company remains well-positioned with a strong order book, mitigating the impact of this cancellation.
