INDO-MIM Share Price Hits 10% Upper Circuit After Q1FY27 Earnings Results: Net Profit Jumped 31.6% YoY

INDO-MIM Limited announced its consolidated financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026 (Q1FY27), as per the exchange filings.   

The company reported a total income of ₹1,221.95 crore and net profit of ₹240.12 crore for Q1FY27.  

INDO-MIM Q1FY27 Earnings Result Update   

In the June 2026 quarter, INDO-MIM total income rose to ₹1,221.95 crore, reported a growth of 8.4% as compared to ₹1,127.17 crore in Q1FY26.   

The company reported a 9.3% growth QoQ in total income from the March 2026 quarter, which stood at ₹1,118.14 crore.  

In Q1FY27, net profit jumped 31.6% YoY to ₹240.12 crore as compared to ₹182.41 crore in Q1FY26 

Further, the net profit surged by 72.6% as compared to ₹139.14 crore in the March 2026 quarter.  

INDO-MIM IPO Details and Dividend Details  

During this quarter, the company paid an aggregate dividend of ₹6.80 per equity share. The aggregate dividend of ₹6.80 comprised of the 1st interim divined of ₹3.50 per equity share and the 2nd interim dividend of ₹3.30 per equity share. This resulted in cash outflows of ₹169.45 crore and ₹159.77 crore for the two interim payments.  

The company completed its Initial Public Offering in July 2026. Its equity shares were officially listed on both the BSE and the National Stock Exchange on July 30, 2026.

As of August 18, 2026, at 10:21 AM, INDO-MIM share price jumped 10% to ₹952.75 on NSE.
