Indian Oil Corporation Dividend Record Date on Dec 18: Interim Dividend of ₹5

Indian Oil Corporation has set Dec 18 as the record date for its ₹5 interim dividend, which will be paid or before January 11, 2026.

Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL) has decided to pay an interim dividend of ₹5 or before January 11, 2026. The company had fixed Dec 18 as the record date for the dividend. 

Indian Oil Corporation said in an exchange filing, “In accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR), it is hereby informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today, has declared an Interim Dividend of 50% i.e. Rs. 5.00 per equity share of face value of Rs.10/- each for the financial year 2025-26. The interim dividend will be paid to the eligible shareholders on or before 11" January 2026. 

It may also be noted that, pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR), the Board has fixed Thursday, 187 December 2025 as the "record date" for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend." 

Shareholders must hold shares in a valid demat account as of the record date to be eligible for the interim dividend.

Indian Oil Corporation Q2FY26 Results Highlights

Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL) posted a refining throughput of 17.6 mmt, with reported and core GRMs of USD 10.7/bbl and USD 8.9/bbl, respectively, supported by stronger product cracks, particularly in HSD spreads. The company recorded an inventory gain of USD 1.8/bbl, compared with an inventory loss of USD 4.8/bbl in the previous quarter. Domestic marketing sales volumes reached 20.19 mmt, reflecting a 3.4% YoY increase. The implied gross marketing margin (GMM) was Rs 7.1 per litre, compared with Rs 8.7/litre in Q1FY26 and Rs 5.5/litre in Q2FY25.
