Indian Hume Pipe share price is expected to remain in focus after the company announced fresh order wins through joint ventures in the irrigation segment, strengthening its execution pipeline.
The company, through its joint venture partnerships, has received two work orders/letters of intent from government authorities in Maharashtra.
Indian Hume Pipe’s share in these projects totals ₹461 crore, comprising ₹343 crore from one project and ₹118 crore from another.
The larger project relates to the Bhagpur Lift Irrigation Scheme (Stage 2) along with a pipe distribution network in Jalgaon district.
The second project involves the construction of the Ner Lift Irrigation Scheme (phases 3 and 4) in Satara district.
Both projects fall under irrigation infrastructure development and will be executed over a period of 48 months, followed by a 5-year operations and maintenance phase.
While the company’s share stands at ₹461 crore, the total project value at the joint venture level is significantly higher, with one contract valued at ₹1,716 crore and the other at ₹536 crore (excluding certain components like GST in parts).
These contracts are domestic in nature and follow a percentage-rate (B1) structure.
The new orders reinforce Indian Hume Pipe’s presence in the water infrastructure segment, particularly in irrigation projects backed by state agencies.
Such projects typically offer long execution visibility along with maintenance contracts, supporting revenue stability over extended periods.
The contracts have been awarded by state irrigation authorities, including Tapi Irrigation Development Corporation (TIDC) and Maharashtra Krishna Valley Development Corporation (MKVDC).
The projects are aligned with ongoing efforts to strengthen water infrastructure and irrigation capacity in Maharashtra.
As of 30 April 2026, at 3:30 PM, Indian Hume Pipe share price closed at ₹327.00 per share, reflecting a surge of 1.69% from the previous closing price.
The latest order wins enhance Indian Hume Pipe’s order book and reinforce its positioning in irrigation infrastructure projects with long-term execution visibility.
