Imagicaaworld Entertainment is preparing for its next phase of growth with a planned investment of up to ₹10 billion ($103.6 million) over the next 5 to 6 years, as per The Reuters report.
The expansion will initially focus on Tier-1 cities, with Bengaluru, Hyderabad and the New Delhi metropolitan region identified as key markets. According to Managing Director Jai Malpani, stronger consumer spending power and improving infrastructure are supporting the company's expansion plans.
The company intends to expand its network from nine parks to 13 parks as it broadens its footprint across India.
Imagicaaworld currently operates amusement and theme parks in Lonavala, Indore and Surat. The move is expected to strengthen its position in a market led by Wonderla Holidays.
To improve profitability, Imagicaaworld plans to raise ticket prices by 5% to 8% during the December quarter while reducing discounts to offset rising electricity and labour costs. The company noted that ticket prices have remained largely unchanged in recent years.
For FY2027, it expects high single-digit to double-digit revenue growth and an EBITDA margin of 40% to 43%.
In the last fiscal year, however, revenue from operations declined 9% to ₹3.74 billion, while the EBITDA margin narrowed to 31% from 42.8%, as an early monsoon and the India-Pakistan conflict affected visitor footfalls during the peak summer season.

As of 22 July 2026, Imagicaaworld Entertainment Ltd share price closed at ₹48.25 per share, reflecting a surge of 2.77% from the previous trading session.
The proposed investment reflects Imagicaaworld's strategy to expand its presence across major Indian cities while increasing its park network and strengthening long-term growth.
