ICICI Prudential AMC Ltd has decided to pay an interim dividend of ₹14.85 within the statutory timelines. The company had fixed Jan 21 as the record date for the dividend. 

ICICI Prudential AMC said in an exchange filing, “Declaration and payment of interim dividend of ` 14.85 per equity share to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as of January 21, 2026, being record date fixed for this purpose.

Shareholders must hold shares in a valid demat account as of the record date to be eligible for the interim dividend.

ICICI Prudential AMC Q3FY26 Results Highlights

ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (ICICI Pru AMC) delivered a robust performance in Q3 FY26, posting a remarkable 45.1% year-on-year profit growth. The company’s profit surged to ₹917 crore, up from ₹631 crore in Q3 FY25.

The company also witnessed strong growth in its top line, with revenue from operations rising 23.5% year-on-year to ₹1,514 crore in Q3 FY26, compared to ₹1,226 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year.
