The unsecured debt instrument carries a fixed annual coupon rate of 5.417% for global buyers. And also, the Interest payments are scheduled twice a year, specifically on February 21 and August 21.
The notes have a total maturity period of exactly 5 years from their start date, with allotment set for August 21, 2026, and full redemption on August 21, 2031.
Proceeds and Listing Plans
The financial group plans to use the net funding proceeds for general corporate activities, adhering to national banking and regulatory guidelines.
