ICICI Bank announced a dividend of ₹12 per equity share (face value ₹2) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The dividend was declared along with the bank’s Q4FY26 results on April 18, 2026. The payment will be made after approval from shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
