HUL Share Price in Focus; Announces Vandana Suri as Executive Director

Hindustan Unilever Limited has announced a key leadership transition, appointing Vandana Suri to head its Home Care division from January 1, 2026. 

Leadership Transition at HUL 

Vandana Suri will take over as Executive Director, Home Care, after previously leading Beauty & Wellbeing at Unilever Indonesia. With more than 2 decades of experience across Nielsen, Tetra Pak, PepsiCo and HUL, she has established a strong record in premiumisation, category expansion and large-scale business transformation.  

She earlier led HUL’s Premium Laundry business and shaped strategic plans for the company’s Skin Care portfolio. Her international stint in Indonesia included steering major organisational and strategic initiatives. 

Her appointment follows the transition of Srinandan Sundaram, who will become CEO of Unilever International. Sundaram, who joined HUL as a Management Trainee in 1999, has delivered across customer development, marketing and category leadership in detergents and tea. 

Leadership remarks 

As per exchange filings, Priya Nair, CEO & MD of HUL, said, “Srinandan has made immense contribution to the HUL growth journey, be it making our brands stronger, expanding channels, or raising the bar of how we engage with customers and consumers.”  

Speaking about Suri’s appointment, Nair said, “Vandana has a deep understanding of consumers, markets and ecosystems. She has a strong track record of delivering results across various categories and geographies.”

Hindustan Unilever Share Price Performance  

As of December 2, 2025, at 01:30 PM, Hindustan Unilever Limited share price is trading at ₹2,473.60 per share, reflecting a gain of 0.37% from the previous closing price. Over the past month, the stock has gained by 0.55%. 

Conclusion 

With Vandana Suri stepping into the Home Care leadership role and Srinandan Sundaram taking charge of Unilever International, HUL has positioned itself strongly for its next phase of growth across domestic and global markets.
