HUDCO reported ₹1,04,592 crore in provisional loan sanctions for the six months ended 30 September 2026. The figure takes the company’s first-half sanctions past the ₹1 lakh crore mark.

The number was disclosed in HUDCO’s business performance update filed with the stock exchanges on September 30, 2026. The company noted that the figure remains subject to audit.

Loan Disbursements

On the disbursement side, HUDCO recorded ₹35,371 crore during the first half of 2026. The corresponding figure for the previous year was ₹25,838 crore.

This means ₹9,533 crore more was disbursed during the latest six-month period than in the same period of 2025. On a year-on-year basis, the increase works out to roughly 36.9%.

H1 Numbers

The two figures give a snapshot of HUDCO’s business during the first half. Loan sanctions stood at ₹1,04,592 crore, while actual loan disbursements during the period were ₹35,371 crore.

The exchange filing does not give a further split of the sanctions or disbursements. It also does not state that disbursements grew 46%; that percentage is not supported by the two figures disclosed in the filing.

Regulatory Filing

The disclosure was signed by Vikas Goyal, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, on 30 September 2026.
