Strategic Capital Investments and Preferential Share Warrant Allotments
During the quarter, HT Media expanded its corporate footprint by investing ₹350 lakhs into the equity shares of its subsidiary, Mosaic Media Ventures Private Limited.
Additionally, on 11 July 2026, the Board approved a massive preferential issue of up to 3,87,87,137 convertible warrants priced at ₹24.57 per unit, split between promoter and non-promoter groups.
