Highway Infrastructure Limited has formalised a contract with Indore Development Authority for a major road development project in Indore, strengthening its order book in the urban infrastructure segment.
Project Scope And Value
The agreement covers development work under Town Planning Scheme-08 from Kumedi to Lasudiya Mori up to A.B. Road in Indore. The total contract value stands at ₹69,68,72,954.73 plus applicable GST. The execution timeline for the project is 30 months.
Security and Financial Structure
As part of the contract conditions, the company has provided a 5% performance security amounting to ₹3,48,43,648, valid for the contract period plus 3 months.
Additionally, an extra performance security of 7.87% amounting to ₹6,67,76,941 has been furnished, valid until the stipulated completion time plus 3 months.
Strategic Significance
The project adds to Highway Infrastructure’s urban development portfolio and reinforces its presence in Madhya Pradesh’s infrastructure landscape.
