HFCL Share Price in Focus; Approves Additional ₹820 Crore Capex for Optical Fibre, Cable Expansion

Project Timeline
The Optical Fibre and Optical Fibre Cable expansion projects are scheduled for completion by July 2028. The Preform manufacturing facility is expected to be established by October 2028 through HFCL Technologies Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary.
Funding Plan
HFCL plans to fund the investment through internal accruals, borrowings from financial institutions and banks, and other financing arrangements.
For the Preform facility, the company may also use proceeds from preferential issue warrants already issued to the promoter and promoter group entity.
