
Hazoor Multi Projects Limited has received a major work order from Tata Steel Limited for the development of a residential housing colony in Joda, Odisha, strengthening its construction order book.
The contract covers the design, engineering, execution and handover of OPR and NOPR residential colonies at TSSIJ, Bileipada. The development will consist of G+9 apartment blocks constructed as per approved architectural plans.
The project includes 288 NOPR units of approximately 900 sq. ft. each and 72 OPR units of approximately 1,100 sq. ft. each. The scope spans civil, architectural, electrical, plumbing and sanitary works.
It also covers firefighting systems, waterproofing, underground and overhead water tanks, automated lifts and area development up to five metres around the buildings.
The total contract value stands at ₹1,82,95,03,800.04 plus applicable GST. The project has been awarded by a domestic entity and is scheduled for execution within 24 months.
The company clarified that the contract does not fall under related party transactions and involves no promoter interest.
As of February 20, 2026, at 3:30 PM, Hazoor Multi Projects share price is closed at ₹34.01 per share, reflecting a decline of 1.19% from the previous closing price.

The Tata Steel contract meaningfully strengthens Hazoor Multi Projects’ execution pipeline and revenue visibility over the next two years. It also reinforces the company’s positioning in large-scale residential and infrastructure construction projects for leading industrial clients.
