
H.G. Infra Engineering Ltd has received a Letter of Award dated February 27, 2026, from the National Highways Authority of India for a road project in Odisha, according to its regulatory filing.
The work relates to Package-III of the Capital Region Ring Road and involves construction of a 6-lane access-controlled stretch between Gobindpur on NH-55 and Tangi near the Bandola Toll Plaza on NH-16. The proposed alignment runs from design chainage km 70+995 to km 111+325 in the state.
The total length of the project is 40.33 kilometres. It has been awarded under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM), where funding responsibility is shared between the government and the private developer. The estimated project cost is ₹1,827.33 crore.
H.G. Infra’s bid project cost stands at ₹1,582.11 crore, excluding applicable GST. The construction timeline has been set at 910 days from the appointed date.
As outlined in the filing, the project falls under NH(O) and forms part of a broader capital region connectivity plan.
HAM-based contracts typically provide for staggered payments linked to project progress and post-construction performance. The company had earlier disclosed details required under applicable SEBI regulations.
Separately, the Court of Special Judge, CBI-1, Patna has granted anticipatory bail to Chairman and Managing Director Harendra Singh in connection with an ongoing investigation.
Additionally, 4 company officials, Anoop Singh, Gaurav Kushwaha, Akash Patra and Dhiraj Virmani were also granted bail.
The matter follows search operations conducted on January 21, 2026 by the Central Bureau of Investigation and the Anti-Corruption Bureau at locations including the company’s Jaipur corporate office, Gurugram regional office and a project site in Bihar.
As of March 2, 2026, 9:18 pm, H.G. Infra Engineering share price trading at ₹526.35, a 2.61% decrease from the previous closing price.
