Goodluck India Bonus Issue Details  

Goodluck India approved its first-ever bonus issue in the ratio of 2:1 on August 17, 2026. Under the issue, eligible will receive two fully paid-up equity shares of face value ₹2 each for every one equity share held.

The actual allotment will happen on August 24, 2026, and the new shares will be available for trading on the exchanges on Tuesday, August 25, 2026.

Goodluck India Q1FY27 Results Earnings 

In Q1FY27, the company reported revenue growth of 31%, EBITDA jumped up 46% and PAT surged by 67% with EBITDA margins above the 10% mark. An important takeaway from Q1FY27 is that profitability grew significantly faster than revenue, reflecting better product mix, capacity utilisation and operational efficiencies as mentioned in the company's con call of the company.
