Revenue from operations rose to ₹2,855.2 crore, reflecting a 9.2% year-on-year increase over ₹2,614.3 crore reported in Q1 FY26.
Operating profitability remained under pressure during the quarter.
EBITDA declined 9.1% year-on-year to ₹259 crore from ₹282 crore, while the EBITDA margin contracted to 9.1% from 10.8% in the year-ago period.
Despite higher revenue, the company's bottom line weakened during the quarter.
Net profit fell to ₹128.3 crore, compared with ₹149 crore in Q1 FY26, representing a 13.8% year-on-year decline.
Godrej Agrovet is a diversified, research and development-focused agribusiness company with operations spanning Animal Nutrition, Crop Care, Oil Palm, Dairy, Poultry and Processed Foods.
The company also operates through subsidiaries including Astec LifeSciences, Creamline Dairy Products Limited and Godrej Tyson Foods Limited, and has a joint venture with the ACI Group in Bangladesh for its animal feed business.
