Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Share Price in Focus; Launches RYALTRIS Nasal Spray in Brazil

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals has launched its RYALTRIS nasal spray in Brazil, adding another one of the company's branded innovative products to its list. The launch was made by Glenmark Specialty S.A, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary on September 11, 2026, as per the exchange filing.
The RYALTRIS will be named for adults and adolescents aged 12 years or older with moderate to severe allergic rhinitis symptoms. The launch follows approval from Brazil's health regulator ANVISA.
RYALTRIS Brings Two Medicines into One Spray
RYALTRIS combines olopatadine hydrochloride, an antihistamine, with mometasone furoate, and corticosteroid. Glenmark describes the product as the first olopatadine-containing intranasal combination therapy in Brazil.
The company pointed to the size of the potential patient base in the country. Its release estimates that allergic rhinitis affects around 20% to 30% of Brazil's population, or nearly 40-60 million people.
Glenmark Adds Another International Market
RYALTRIS is already present in 57 markets worldwide, including the US, European Union, UK, Australia, South Korea, Russia and China. Glenmark says the product is its first globally commercialised branded innovative product.
Marco Cerato, Executive Vice President & Global Head - Innovative Business at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, said the Brazil launch strengthens the company's respiratory portfolio. He also pointed to Brazil's position as the largest healthcare market in Latin America as an opportunity to bring the treatment to patients and healthcare professionals.
