Garware Hi-Tech Films Share Price Jumps 18% To 52-Week High After Q4 FY26 Results

Garware Hi-Tech Films share price jumped as much as 18% during Wednesday’s intraday trade, touching a new 52-week high of ₹5,251 on the BSE.
The stock crossed its previous high of ₹4,799.70 recorded in June 2025 and remained in strong demand. Since April 30, 2026, the stock has rallied about 55% from ₹3,383.
Even after trimming some gains, the stock was still trading around 14% higher at ₹5,103.90, while the BSE Sensex was up only slightly.
During the day, around 0.90 million shares worth nearly ₹435 crore were traded on the NSE and BSE combined. The company’s market capitalisation stood at about ₹11,776 crore.
Garware Hi-Tech Films Q4FY26 Results
The rally came after the company reported solid quarterly results for the period ended March 31, 2026.
Q4 FY26 performance:
- Revenue rose to ₹599.69 crore from ₹547.94 crore (up 9.44% YoY)
- Net profit increased to ₹108.21 crore from ₹77.8 crore (up 11.2% YoY)
- Total expenses rose 4.15% to ₹475.43 crore
The improved performance strengthened investor confidence in the company’s growth.
Garware Hi-Tech Films Full-Year Performance And Dividend
For FY26, the company reported:
- Net profit of ₹1,738.73 crore, slightly higher than ₹1,718.28 crore in FY25
The board has recommended a dividend of ₹12 per share (120% of face value ₹10), subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
