Federal Bank Share Price Hits All-Time High; Stock Up 47% in 1 Year

Federal Bank share price hit an all-time high during trading on June 9, 2026, with trading volumes on the BSE rising by more than 1.35 times.  

Despite weakness in the broader Indian equity markets, Federal Bank share price has delivered positive returns to investors. Over the past 1 year, the stock has gained around 47%, while the Nifty Bank index has declined around 4% and the Sensex has fallen 10.54% during the same period. 

FIIs Shareholding in Federal Bank 

Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) increased their stake in Federal Bank to 26.05% in March 2026 from 24.94% in December 2025, reflecting a sequential increase of 1.11 percentage points. The latest shareholding pattern indicates renewed FII participation in the bank during the quarter. 

Federal Bank Share Price Performance 

As of June 9, 2026, at 12:35 PM, Federal Bank share price was trading at ₹313.60, up ₹8.80 or 2.89% on the BSE. The company's current market capitalisation stood at ₹77,309.01 crore. 

The stock also touched an all-time high during the session, with trading volumes rising by more than 1.35 times compared with the average traded volume. 

Federal Bank Q4 FY26 Results 

Federal Bank posted a consolidated net profit of ₹1,259.1 crore for Q4 FY26, up 22% from ₹1,030.2 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. 

The bank's board also declared a dividend of ₹1.20 per equity share having a face value of ₹2 each for FY26. 

Net interest income (NII) increased 56% YoY to ₹3,173 crore from ₹2,377 crore in Q4 FY25. Net interest margin (NIM) improved to 3.74% in Q4 FY26, compared with 3.12% in the corresponding period last year, after adjusting for one-offs. 

Federal Bank Asset Quality and Business Growth 

Federal Bank's net non-performing asset (NPA) ratio stood at 0.20% in Q4 FY26, compared with 0.44% in Q4 FY25. The gross NPA ratio improved to 1.62% from 1.84% a year earlier. 

Total deposits increased 11% YoY to ₹3.13 lakh crore, while advances stood at ₹2.72 lakh crore compared with ₹2.47 lakh crore in the corresponding period last year. The CASA ratio improved to 32.94% from 30.23%. 

Conclusion 

Federal Bank share price touched an all-time high as well as 52-week high on June 9, 2026, with higher trading volumes during the session. The bank also reported growth in net profit, net interest income and deposits for Q4 FY26, while asset quality ratios improved compared with the corresponding period last year.
