Escorts Kubota Share Price in Focus; Introduced 2 New Tractor Models

Escorts Kubota Limited has launched two new tractor models, the Kubota MU4502 and MU5002, as per an exchange filing dated August 14, 2026.  

The MU4502 comes with a 45 HP engine, while the MU5002 has a 50 HP engine. Both models have been added to the company’s premium utility tractor range in the 41–50 HP category. 

Engine and Gearbox 

The two tractors are powered by Kubota’s KQP4 Japanese engine and use a 12F + 4R Multi-Speed Synchromesh Gearbox.  

They also feature Pompa Lift with Dual Stabilizer Spring technology. This is used to keep implements steady and maintain working depth when operating on uneven land. 

Use Across Farm Work 

The MU4502 and MU5002 can be used with primary and secondary tillage equipment. The list includes super seeders, seed drills, potato planters, mini round balers, and cultivators. The models are also suited to paddy, wheat, maize, pulses, and soyabean cultivation. 

The tractors can be used for haulage and commercial work as well. A reverse power take-off (PTO) is available for equipment such as rotavators and straw reapers.  

Both models are 4WD tractors meant for landholdings of 5 acres and above. 

Operator Features 

The new tractors have full LED lighting, a covered flat-deck platform, bucket seat and suspended pedals. They also come with double-acting power steering and controls placed for the operator.  

Warranty and Availability 

Escorts Kubota has launched both models across India. The MU4502 and MU5002 come with an 8-year transferable warranty. The warranty remains with the tractor if ownership changes, according to the company. 

MU Range 

The additions take the MU range to 5 models: MU4201, MU4501, MU4502, MU5002 and MU5502. Escorts Kubota operates three tractor brands in India, Farmtrac, Powertrac and Kubota with the new models placed under Kubota.
