
Enviro Infra Engineers Limited has announced the acquisition of significant contracts in Maharashtra, valued at ₹972.19 crore.
These projects are part of the Swachh Bharat Mission and involve the development of sewage treatment plants (STPs) in Pune and Nashik.
The first contract involves the development of a 120.50 MLD STP in Pune, Maharashtra. This project falls under Category I, targeting Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) with STP capacities below 5 MLD.
The project includes 209 KM of Interception & Diversion (I&D) length and an 887.20 KM sewer network. The total value of this contract is ₹587.208 crore, inclusive of GST. The project is to be executed on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis within 24 months.
The second contract is for a 121.10 MLD STP in Nashik, Maharashtra, under Category II, which targets ULBs with STP capacities of 5 MLD and above. This project includes 105.50 KM of I&D length and a 433.68 KM sewer network.
The contract is valued at ₹384.982 crore, including GST. Similar to the Pune project, it will be executed on an EPC basis and is expected to be completed within 24 months.

Both contracts have been awarded by the Swachh Maharashtra Mission Directorate, a domestic entity. Enviro Infra Engineers has clarified that neither the promoter group nor any group companies have any interest in the awarding entity, and these contracts do not fall under related party transactions.
As of April 10, 2026, at 3:30 PM, Enviro Infra Engineers share price on NSE was closed at ₹173.15 up by 1.25% from the previous closing price.
