
Enviro Infra Engineers Limited (EIEL) has secured two Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) projects from Uttar Pradesh Jal Nigam (Rural) under the Government of India's Namami Gange Programme.
The combined order value stands at ₹256.92 crore. With these projects, the company has expanded its HAM portfolio to five projects, strengthening its presence in the water and wastewater infrastructure segment.
The company has received orders for the development of 2 sewage treatment plants (STPs) in Uttar Pradesh.
The 1st project involves the construction of a 45 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant and associated infrastructure at Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Nagar (DDU Nagar), valued at ₹126.78 crore, excluding GST.
The 2nd project comprises a 60 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant and associated infrastructure at Lohta, Varanasi, valued at ₹130.14 crore, excluding GST. Both projects include operations and maintenance for a period of 15 years.
The sewage treatment plants have been designed as energy-efficient and self-sustaining facilities by integrating renewable energy systems.
The projects will utilise biogas generated from sewage sludge to produce electricity through gas generators, while solar power systems installed across rooftop and ground spaces will supply clean energy.
The integrated approach is expected to reduce operating costs, lower carbon emissions and improve long-term energy efficiency.
With the latest order wins, Enviro Infra Engineers' HAM portfolio has increased to five projects.
The company said the contracts further strengthen its position as a developer and executor of long-term water and wastewater infrastructure projects under the Hybrid Annuity Model.
Enviro Infra Engineers said it has already secured in-principle approvals for term loans for both projects.
According to the company, the approvals will facilitate timely financial closure and support seamless mobilisation and execution of the projects.

As of 06 July 2026, Enviro Infra Engineers share price was closed at ₹240.70 per share, reflecting a surge of 2.23% from the previous trading session.
Enviro Infra Engineers has strengthened its order book with two HAM projects worth ₹256.92 crore under the Namami Gange Programme.
