Dynacons Systems & Solutions Limited has announced that it has secured a project worth ₹125.88 crore, as per the exchange filings.  

The order involves the expansion and modernization of the bank's technology infrastructure, including private cloud expansion, deployment of GPU-enabled computing infrastructure, and implementation of a containerization platform. 

Company Secures ₹125.88 Crore Order from Central Bank of India 

According to the company, the project has been awarded by Central Bank of India and is valued at ₹125.88 crore, excluding GST. 

The contract covers the supply, implementation, and support of an enterprise private cloud infrastructure along with associated software, integration, and lifecycle support services. 

Project Includes NVIDIA H200 Blackwell GPU Infrastructure 

As part of the engagement, Dynacons will deploy NVIDIA H200 Blackwell GPU-based infrastructure to support artificial intelligence and machine learning workloads, including model development, training, inference, and analytics. 

The project also includes the establishment of an enterprise Kubernetes-based containerization platform to enable cloud-native and containerized workloads. 

5-Year Engagement to Support Digital Transformation 

The project has been structured as a multi-year engagement with a total execution and support period of five years. 

 In addition to implementation, Dynacons will provide ongoing managed services, maintenance, upgrades, monitoring, and lifecycle management support for the deployed infrastructure. 

The initiative is aimed at supporting Central Bank of India's technology modernization efforts, including cloud adoption, application modernization, and advanced AI-driven computing capabilities.

Dynacons Share Price Performance 

As of 08 June 2026, Dynacon's share price closed at ₹1,247.00 per share, reflecting a decline of 3.24% from the previous closing price.
