DOMS Industries share price is expected to attract investor attention after promoter shareholder Fabbrica Italiana Lapis ed Affini S.p.A. (FILA) launched a block deal to sell a part of its stake in the company. 

The proposed transaction could involve shares worth up to ₹892 crore, with the stake sale being offered at a discount to the current market price. 

Details of the Block Deal 

According to reports, FILA has set a floor price of ₹2,100 per share, which is around 9.24% lower than DOMS Industries' closing price of ₹2,314 on June 16. 

A total of 42.48 lakh shares, representing 7% of the company's outstanding equity, may be sold through the block deal.

Structure of the Offer 

The transaction includes a base deal size of 31.52 lakh shares, equivalent to 5.2% of the company's equity, along with an option to sell an additional 10.96 lakh shares, representing about 1.8% of the outstanding shares. 

The offer is aimed at institutional and professional investors. Retail investors are not eligible to participate in the transaction. 

Reynolds Brand Acquisition Supports Growth Plans 

Recently, DOMS Industries signed an agreement with Reynolds Pens India Pvt. Ltd. to acquire certain assets, intellectual property, contracts, and employees related to the Reynolds stationery business in India. 

The deal covers products such as pens, markers, highlighters, and school supplies and is valued at $3.7 million. 

DOMS Industries Share Price Movement 

DOMS Industries share price (NSE: DOMS) was trading at ₹2,303.30 on June 17, 2026, down 0.46% (₹10.70) from the previous close. The stock opened at ₹2,206.00 and witnessed strong intraday movement, touching a high of ₹2,349.00 and a low of ₹2,200.00.
