Divi’s Laboratories Share Price in Focus; Reports Q3 FY26 Results

Divi’s Laboratories Limited announced its unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, reporting steady growth in total income compared with the previous year. 

Q3 FY26 Consolidated Financial Performance

Consolidated total income for Q3 FY26 stood at ₹2,692 crore, up from ₹2,401 crore recorded in the corresponding quarter last year.

Profit Before Tax (PBT) for the quarter reached ₹780 crore after accounting for labour code impacts amounting to ₹74 crore, compared with ₹726 crore in Q3 FY25. 

However, Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter marginally declined to ₹583 crore from ₹589 crore a year earlier. The company also reported a foreign exchange gain of ₹19 crore during the quarter, compared with ₹10 crore in the same period last year.

Nine-Month FY26 Consolidated Performance

For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, Divi’s Laboratories recorded consolidated total income of ₹8,081 crore, reflecting strong growth over ₹7,041 crore reported in the corresponding period of the previous year.

Profit Before Tax for the nine-month period rose to ₹2,425 crore after labour code adjustments, compared with ₹2,052 crore in the same period last year. 

Profit After Tax also increased significantly to ₹1,817 crore from ₹1,529 crore a year earlier. Forex gains during the period stood at ₹121 crore versus ₹38 crore in the corresponding previous period, further supporting profitability.

Standalone Financial Performance

On a standalone basis, total income for Q3 FY26 stood at ₹2,665 crore compared to ₹2,379 crore in Q3 FY25. Standalone PAT for the quarter came in at ₹598 crore, slightly higher than ₹594 crore last year.

For the nine-month period, standalone income reached ₹7,947 crore, while PAT rose to ₹1,851 crore compared with ₹1,542 crore in the previous year, highlighting improved operational performance.

On February 12, 2026, Divi’s Laboratories share price (NSE: DIVISLAB) opened at ₹6,448.00, up from its previous close of ₹6,386.50. At 10:14 AM, the share price of Divi’s Laboratories was trading at ₹6,267.00, down by 1.87% on the NSE.
