HDFC AMC: 1:1 Bonus Issue

HDFC Asset Management Company has approved a bonus issue in the ratio of 1:1. This means shareholders will get 1 additional fully paid-up share for every existing share they hold.

The record date to determine eligible shareholders is November 26, 2025.

Power Finance Corporation: Interim Dividend

PFC has announced a second interim dividend of ₹3.65 per share for FY 2025–26. This is 36.5% of its ₹10 face value.

The record date for dividend eligibility is also November 26, 2025, and the company plans to credit the dividend on or before December 6, 2025.

Shyamkamal Investments: Interim Dividend

Shyamkamal Investments has declared an interim dividend of ₹0.10 per share, equal to 1% of the share’s face value.

Shareholders must hold the stock by November 26, 2025, to receive this payout. The dividend, after TDS, will be credited within 30 days, following the rules of the Companies Act, 2013.
