
Dhanlaxmi Bank has appointed Krishnakumar K as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a term of 3 years, as per the exchange filing.
The decision was approved by the bank's Board of Directors at its meeting held on 15 June 2026. He will replace Kavitha T.A., while the date on which he takes charge will be announced later.
Krishnakumar K is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has worked in the banking sector for around 30 years.
He spent his career with Federal Bank Ltd, including 22 years in financial reporting and taxation. During that period, he headed the function for 12 years before retiring as Executive Vice President.
After leaving Federal Bank, Krishnakumar K joined ESAF Financial Holdings Pvt Ltd as its Chief Financial Officer. According to the bank's disclosure, his experience includes financial reporting, taxation, compliance, capital raising, and credit-related functions.
He has also handled supervisory responsibilities across these areas during his banking career.
The appointment has been made under the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The 3-year tenure will begin from the date he assumes office. The filing also states that disclosure relating to relationships between directors is not applicable in this appointment.

As of 16 June 2026, 11:26 am, Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd share price was trading at ₹31.87, down 0.78% from the previous closing price.
Krishnakumar K's appointment as Chief Financial Officer has been cleared for a 3-year tenure, subject to his assumption of charge. The bank said the effective date will be communicated in due course.
