Datamatics Global Services has secured a new digital transformation project from a leading North American transportation and logistics provider to deploy an enterprise-wide Salesforce Sales Cloud platform.
The engagement is aimed at strengthening customer relationship management, improving customer engagement and building a scalable CRM environment across the client's operations.
The customer manages a high volume of interactions across its transportation and logistics business and is implementing Salesforce to improve CRM visibility.
Datamatics will develop a unified platform featuring customised business processes, a consolidated account hierarchy and executive dashboards, enabling leadership teams to gain real-time visibility into customer relationships and sales opportunities across the organisation.
As part of the project, Datamatics will migrate complex records through a structured governance-led approach designed to maintain data integrity while ensuring minimal business disruption and a seamless transition.
The company will also integrate Salesforce with the customer's core enterprise applications to create an AI-ready digital ecosystem that supports real-time data exchange, streamlines business processes and improves operational efficiency.
