Crisil Ltd has decided to pay a final dividend of ₹28 on April 23, 2026. The company has fixed April 3, 2026, as the record date for the dividend. 

Crisil said in an exchange filing, “Fixed April 3, 2026, as the record date for payment of final dividend for the financial year 2025, if approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on April 17, 2026, and the same will be paid on April 23, 2026..”

Shareholders must hold shares in a valid demat account as of the record date to be eligible for the final dividend.
