CG Power Share Price in Focus; Allots 34,660 Equity Shares Under ESOP 2021

CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited has allotted 34,660 equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Plan 2021 (ESOP 2021) following the exercise of stock options by an eligible employee. 

The allotment, completed on 17 July 2026, has resulted in an increase in the company's paid-up equity share capital and the total number of outstanding equity shares.  

ESOP Allotment Details 

The company allotted 34,660 fully paid-up equity shares with a face value of ₹2 each at an exercise price of ₹400.45 per share. 

The shares have been issued under ESOP 2021 and will rank pari passu with the company's existing equity shares in all respects.  

Impact on Share Capital 

Following the allotment, CG Power's paid-up equity share capital has increased from ₹3,14,99,58,498 to ₹3,15,00,27,818. 

The company's total outstanding equity shares now stand at 1,57,50,13,909, with each share carrying a face value of ₹2.
