
Central Depository Services (India) Ltd. (CDSL) has been allotted the first tranche of equity shares in India International Bullion Holding IFSC Ltd. (IIBHL) under its approved investment.
The allotment represents a 20% equity stake in IIBHL and amounts to an investment of ₹10 crore.
CDSL said 10 crore equity shares of ₹1 each were allotted to the company through the rights issue of IIBHL on July 31, 2026. The allotment amounts to ₹10 crore and marks the completion of the first tranche of the investment.
Following the allotment, CDSL now holds a 20% equity stake in India International Bullion Holding IFSC Ltd.
The company noted that it had earlier informed the stock exchanges on July 9, 2026, regarding the SEBI approval received for making the additional investment in IIBHL.

As of July 31, 2026, CDSL share price closed at ₹1,333.00 per share, reflecting a decline of 0.25% from the previous trading session.
