
Can Fin Homes Ltd has decided to pay an interim dividend of ₹7 on or before January 13, 2026. The company had fixed Dec 19 as the record date for the dividend.
Can Fin Homes said in an exchange filing, "the Board of Directors of the Company declared an ‘Interim Dividend’ of Rs. 7.00/- (350%) per equity share of face value Rs.2/- each for the Financial Year 2025-26. Further, vide above referred letter dated December 08, 2025, the Company had also informed to the Stock Exchanges that Friday, December 19, 2025, has been fixed as the 'Record Date' to determine the list of eligible shareholders for the payment of Interim Dividend.
The Interim Dividend shall be credited to the shareholders within 30 days from the date of declaration, i.e. on or before Tuesday, January 13, 2026.”
Shareholders must hold shares in a valid demat account as of the record date to be eligible for the interim dividend.

For Q2FY26, the Company reported a net profit of ₹251 crore, up from ₹211 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year, reflecting an 18% increase. As of September 2025, the loan portfolio stood at ₹39,657 crore compared to ₹36,591 crore in the same quarter last year, registering an 8% growth.
Housing loans accounted for 74% of the total loan book, while non-housing loans, including commercial real estate (CRE), constituted the remaining 26%. Loan disbursements for the half-year ended September 30, 2025, amounted to ₹4,560 crore, as against ₹4,233 crore in the corresponding previous period, marking a year-on-year growth of 7%.
