
Can Fin Homes Limited has announced an interim dividend and the reappointment of its Managing Director and CEO, Shri Suresh Srinivasan Iyer. These decisions were made during the board meeting held on December 15, 2025.
The Board of Directors of Can Fin Homes has declared an interim dividend of ₹7 per equity share, which translates to 350% of the face value of ₹2 per share for the financial year 2025-26.
The record date to determine eligible shareholders for the dividend is set for December 19, 2025. The dividend will be credited to shareholders by January 13, 2026.
Shri Suresh Srinivasan Iyer has been reappointed as the Managing Director & CEO of Can Fin Homes for a further period of 2 years, effective from March 18, 2026.
This decision follows the recommendation of the Nomination Remuneration and HR Committee. The reappointment is subject to approval from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), as per the NBFC-HFC Directions, 2021.

Shri Suresh Srinivasan Iyer, a graduate in B.Sc. (Statistics) and an MBA in Finance, has been with Can Fin Homes since March 18, 2023. With over 25 years of experience in Gruh Finance and Bandhan Bank, he has held various positions across sales, operations, IT strategy, and risk management. His leadership has been instrumental in the company's growth.
As of December 16, 2025, at 9:18 AM, Can Fin Homes share price on NSE was trading at ₹917.85 down by 0.16% from the previous closing price.
