CAMS Share Price Jump 6% After Q3 FY26 Earnings Results, ₹3.50 Interim Dividend Announced

Computer Age Management Services share price (NSE: CAMS) surged on January 22, 2026, after the company announced its Q3FY26 financial results along with an interim dividend. The stock jumped as much as 6.05% to an intraday high of ₹743 on the NSE.
Later, the stock gave up part of its gains but continued to trade in the green. At 1:41 PM, CAMS shares were trading at ₹722, up 3.05% from the previous close of ₹700.60. The company’s market capitalisation stood at ₹17,861.59 crore, while the Nifty 50 was slightly higher.
CAMS shares have traded in a 52-week range of ₹606.21 to ₹904 on the NSE.
CAMS Q3FY26 Financial Performance
In the December quarter (Q3FY26), CAMS reported a marginal rise in profit attributable to shareholders at ₹125.53 crore, compared with ₹125.49 crore in the same quarter last year.
Revenue from operations increased 5.5% year-on-year to ₹390 crore from ₹369.7 crore in Q3FY25. EBITDA grew 3.5% to ₹179 crore, up from ₹173 crore a year ago.
Interim Dividend Announcement
Along with the quarterly results, CAMS announced an interim dividend of ₹3.50 per equity share. January 30, 2026, has been fixed as the record date to identify eligible shareholders.
The company said the dividend will be paid on or before February 20, 2026.
