CAMS 1:5 Stock Split Record Date Tomorrow: December 4 is Last Day to Buy Shares

CAMS shares are set to trade ex-date on December 4, 2025, due to the record date for the 1:5 stock split. 

CAMS said in an exchange filing, “the Company has fixed Friday, December 05, 2025 as the ‘Record Date’ for determining the entitlement of Equity Shareholders for the purpose of Sub-Division/Split of existing Equity Shares of the Company, such that existing 1 (One) Equity Share having a face value of INR 10 (Ten) each into 5 (Five) Equity Shares of INR 2 (Two) each, fully paid up, ranking pari passu in all respects.”

CAMS Financial Performance

CAMS reported a steady performance in its quarterly and half-yearly results. For Q2 FY26, consolidated revenue stood at ₹376.74 crore, reflecting a 6.4% increase sequentially and 3.2% growth year-on-year. PBT came in at ₹154.37 crore, rising 6.1% quarter-on-quarter and 5.8% year-on-year, while PAT reached ₹114.94 crore, up 5.4% and 6.1% respectively, with healthy PAT margins of 29.6%. The basic EPS for the quarter was ₹23.23 (non-annualised).

For H1 FY26, consolidated revenue grew 4.9% year-on-year to ₹730.89 crore, PBT increased 2.5% to ₹299.80 crore, and PAT rose 2.9% to ₹224.03 crore, maintaining strong PAT margins of 29.6%. The half-yearly basic EPS stood at ₹45.29 (non-annualised).
