Brigade Enterprises has signed a joint development agreement for a residential project in Hyderabad with an estimated revenue potential of ₹850 crore. The project will be developed on a 5.6-acre land parcel in Kompally, a residential area in North Hyderabad.
The company disclosed the agreement through a regulatory filing on May 25, 2026. The development will add to the Brigade’s residential pipeline in Telangana, where the company has been expanding its presence over the past few years.
According to the company, the project is to cater to demand for housing in the northern part of Hyderabad. Brigade said the development would include residential units along with related facilities and open spaces.
Kompally has seen a steady residential construction activity due to connectivity with other parts of Hyderabad and the presence of commercial and infrastructure projects nearby. Several developers have announced projects in the region in recent years.
Brigade entered the Hyderabad market with Brigade at No.7 in Banjara Hills and later expanded with Brigade Citadel in Moti Nagar. The company is also developing Brigade Gateway at Neopolis, a mixed-use project spread across nearly 4 million square feet.
Other projects in the city include Brigade Enclave and Brigade Manor. The latest agreement follows the company’s earlier announcement of a 4-acre project in Neopolis, which is currently in the design stage.
Brigade said it plans to invest around ₹5,000 crore in Hyderabad over the next 3 to 4 years across residential, commercial, retail and hospitality projects.

As of May 26, 2026, 11:02 am, Brigade Enterprises share price was trading at ₹679.75, up 1.52% from the previous closing price.
With the Kompally project, Brigade Enterprises has added a residential development to its Hyderabad portfolio. The company has outlined further investments across multiple real estate segments in the region.
