On August 6, 2026, Blue Star Limited released its unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026, as per the exchange filings.
The company reported a total income of ₹3,398.68 crore and net profit of ₹102.51 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, Blue Star Limited reported total income of ₹3,398.68 crore. This figure represents a 13.4% increase on a year-over-year basis compared to the ₹2,998.32 crore recorded in the same quarter of the previous year.
When compared to the preceding March 2026 quarter, which saw an income of ₹4,096.01 crore, the income recorded a decline of 17.0%.
The company net profit, referred to as profit after tax, stood at ₹102.51 crore for the June 2026 quarter. This reflects a 15.2% decrease on a year-over-year basis from the ₹120.82 crore reported for the corresponding period in 2025.
Furthermore, the net profit decreased by 54.9% when compared to the ₹227.18 crore reported in the quarter ended March 31, 2026.
Blue Star Limited also disclosed financial figures for the full fiscal year 2026. During this period, the total income of the company reached ₹12,463.90 crore. The net profit after tax for the same fiscal year was recorded at ₹527.33 crore.
The consumer cooling giant expanded its primary top-line metrics by 13.3% year-over-year. Total revenue from operations reached ₹3,377.92 crore during the quarter, up from the ₹2,982.25 crore logged in the same period last year.
However, high structural input material pressures caused a compressed core operating profit EBITDA of ₹174.95 crore. Profit before tax contracted to ₹125.62 crore, while the final consolidated net profit for the quarter wound down to finish at ₹102.51 crore.
The enterprise managed to significantly optimise its overall cash position through aggressive working capital management during the quarter.
The company reported a net cash position of ₹900.25 crore as of June 30, 2026, marking a substantial expansion over the ₹370.92 crore cash reserve documented in the prior year.
Additionally, enhanced treasury optimization yielded an increased other income intake of ₹20.76 crore, while the group's total forward order book expanded to touch ₹7,764.38 crore.
The Electro-Mechanical Projects and Commercial Air Conditioning Systems segment achieved a solid revenue expansion of 15.1%, bringing in ₹1,625.05 crore for the quarter. Segment results remained practically stable at ₹110.22 crore.
Profitability was heavily sustained by a major influx of engineering project orders from the high-growth data center industry.
Conversely, conventional commercial real estate infrastructure segments remained slow as macroeconomic pressures caused by the ongoing West Asia geopolitical crisis deferred standard project closures.
The Unitary Products division, encompassing Room Air Conditioners and Commercial Refrigeration systems, delivered a top-line performance of ₹1,689.31 crore.
However, because of a delayed summer season, heavy trade promotions and consumer financing schemes were deployed to liquidate sector inventories, dropping segment profits to ₹49.69 crore.
Meanwhile, the Professional Electronics and Industrial Systems segment recorded revenue of ₹63.56 crore, but improved its operational profit margin to 15.1% to bring in a segment result of ₹9.57 crore.
