Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Share Price Jumps Over 12% After Securing ₹147 Crore Order from IBM Cloud

Blue Cloud Softech’s US subsidiary, Global Impx Inc., has received a signed Statement of Work from IBM Cloud Inc. for AI infrastructure design, deployment and support services. The fixed-fee contract is worth US$15,500,000, or about ₹147 crore.
The work started on September 24 and will be carried out in New Jersey, USA. The project will cover the design, setup, security, and support of infrastructure for AI and machine-learning workloads.
Blue Cloud Gets ₹147 Crore IBM Order
The order has been awarded by IBM Cloud to Global Impx, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Blue Cloud Softech. The contract comes under a Master Services Agreement signed between the two companies on August 21, 2026.
The US$15,500,000 fee will be paid against five project milestones. The work includes designing and deploying the AI infrastructure, followed by testing and support.
Project to Cover GPU Infrastructure and AI Workloads
Global Impx will build an infrastructure setup for model development, training, fine-tuning, and inference.
The work will include GPU computing clusters, high-performance storage and networking, AI and machine-learning platforms, security controls, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery.
The project will be delivered in New Jersey and includes a stabilisation and support period after the production handover.
Order Comes Three Months After GIX Acquisition
Blue Cloud said the IBM order comes within three months of Global Impx joining the group. Global Impx became a wholly owned US subsidiary of Blue Cloud in June 2026.
The company said the project will have service levels that include at least 99.5% infrastructure and GPU availability.
Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Share Price Performance
As of 25 September 2026, at 1:25 PM, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions share price was trading at ₹22.58 per share, reflecting a surge of 12.56% from the previous trading session.
