Black Box Ltd. has secured a US$131 million (approximately ₹1,240 crore) order from a new U.S.-based global Tier-1 hyperscaler for a major data centre project in the United States, as per the exchange filings. The order marks the addition of a new marquee hyperscaler to Black Box's customer portfolio.

The engagement involves Black Box delivering infrastructure solutions for a key data centre location in the U.S.  

The company said the project will be executed over an approximately three-year period, with further expansion expected in the future.  

New Tier-1 Hyperscaler Added to Customer Portfolio 

The order strengthens Black Box's position in the U.S. hyperscaler market by adding a net-new marquee customer to its growing portfolio.  

The company said the win builds on its existing work with leading global hyperscalers and further reinforces data centres as an important growth area.  

Focus on Large-Scale Data Centre Infrastructure 

Black Box secured the engagement following a sustained pursuit supported by its domain expertise, leadership engagement and infrastructure capabilities.  

The company highlighted its ability to support large-scale requirements through detailed planning and phased delivery, providing a roadmap for execution at scale.

Black Box provides digital infrastructure solutions including network and system integration, managed services, data centre buildouts, digital connectivity infrastructure and cybersecurity. The company serves enterprises across multiple geographies and industries.
