Bharti Airtel has expanded its enterprise cybersecurity portfolio with Airtel Secure Workforce, which it calls India’s first fully managed unified Zero Trust Architecture security solution for hybrid workforces.
The platform was launched by Airtel Business amid rising AI-driven cyberattacks and growing enterprise security risks.
According to the company, Airtel Secure Workforce offers an end-to-end compliance-ready security stack designed to protect users, devices, applications, networks and enterprise data continuously across locations.
The platform is powered by Airtel’s pan-India network infrastructure along with 24x7 expert monitoring and managed security operations. Airtel said the solution is designed to reduce the operational burden on enterprises by replacing fragmented multi-vendor deployments with a unified security framework.
The company stated that enterprises using the platform could achieve up to 30% optimisation in security spending. Key features include endpoint detection and response, secure remote access, audit-grade logs, data movement controls and structured incident response workflows.
The unified dashboard provides enterprises with visibility across endpoints, users, networks and data while also helping monitor unsanctioned cloud and AI applications.
The launch comes at a time when cyberattacks are increasing rapidly in scale and sophistication. Airtel cited more than 2 million cybersecurity incidents reported during 2025 alone.
As per the exchange filings, Sharat Sinha, CEO of Airtel Business said, “Enterprises today are under mounting pressure to protect end users and devices in the constantly-evolving, targeted, AI-powered attacks.”
He added that Airtel Secure Workforce combines connectivity, managed security and 24x7 expert vigilance to help enterprises secure users, devices and data from anywhere while enabling organisations to optimise up to 30% of their security expenditure.
The platform has also been designed to support compliance requirements under India’s DPDP Act. Airtel said the solution addresses industry challenges such as tool overload, alert fatigue and cybersecurity talent shortages.
As part of the launch, Airtel Business also introduced the Airtel Secure Workforce Centre of Excellence hosted on Airtel Cloud. The live environment will allow enterprises to test and experience the platform before wider deployment and scaling.
