Bharat Rasayan Sets Record Date for Bonus Shares and Stock Split on December 12

Bharat Rasayan Ltd. has informed the stock exchanges that it has fixed December 12, 2025, as the record date for its upcoming bonus share issue and stock split. This means that investors who hold the company’s shares in their demat account by the end of trading on December 11 will be eligible for both benefits.

Eligibility Clarification for Investors

Anyone who buys the stock on December 12 or later will not qualify for the bonus shares or the split. The eligibility strictly depends on holding the shares before the record date.

Details of Bonus Issue and Stock Split

Bharat Rasayan earlier announced 2 rewards for shareholders:

  • Stock Split: Each existing ₹10 share will be split into 2 shares of ₹5.
  • Bonus Issue: Shareholders will receive 1 bonus share for every 1 share they already own.

The company will allot bonus shares on December 15, 2025, and these new shares will begin trading from December 16, 2025.
