
Defence and automotive components manufacturer Bharat Forge has announced a final dividend of ₹6.50 per equity share with a face value of ₹2 each for the financial year 2025-26.
The dividend is subject to approval by shareholders at the company's upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Bharat Forge has set Friday, July 3, 2026, as the record date to determine shareholders eligible to receive the dividend.
The stock will trade ex-dividend on July 2, 2026, meaning investors must own the shares before the ex-date to qualify for the payout.
According to the company's exchange filing, shareholders whose names appear in the records as of the close of business on July 3 will be eligible to receive the dividend.
With the declaration of the ₹6.50 final dividend, Bharat Forge's total dividend payout for FY26 will reach ₹8.50 per share.
The company stated that the dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders after receiving the necessary approvals. As per the Companies Act, 2013, the dividend is expected to be distributed within the prescribed timeline following its declaration.
For the quarter ended March 2026, Bharat Forge reported a decline in profitability despite strong revenue growth.
