
Bharat Electronics Limited has released its consolidated audited results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026.
The company has shown significant growth in both total income and net profit compared to the previous year.
In the March 2026 quarter, Bharat Electronics Limited reported a total income of ₹10,334.68 crore, marking a 10.6% increase from ₹9,344.23 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.
The income also rose by 41.7% from ₹7,292.39 crore in the December 2025 quarter.
The net profit for the March 2026 quarter stood at ₹2,226.35 crore, up 4.7% from ₹2,127.02 crore a year ago, and a 40.9% increase from ₹1,579.70 crore in the December 2025 quarter.
For the financial year 2025-26, Bharat Electronics Limited's total income increased by 14.9% to ₹28,176.14 crore, compared to ₹24,511.11 crore in the previous year.
The net profit for the year rose by 13.9% to ₹6,062.26 crore from ₹5,322.68 crore in FY25.
The company has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.55 per equity share of ₹1 each, fully paid-up for the financial year 2025-26.
This recommendation is subject to approval by the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

The board meeting to discuss these results commenced at 11:15 AM and concluded at 3:00 PM on May 19, 2026.
The meeting was held to review and approve the financial performance of the company for the quarter and the year.
