The agreement, signed on December 18, 2025, is set for a 3-year term, subject to annual performance evaluations based on mutually agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
It establishes a framework for cooperation and exclusivity in identifying and executing business opportunities, including tenders from the Ministry of Defence, Public Sector Undertakings, and paramilitary forces.
The collaboration aims to enhance technical development and capability building, positioning Belrise as a prime source for Plasan's global supply chain. Additionally, the partnership seeks to strengthen Plasan's presence in India, focusing on the ATEMM platform.
The ATEMM (All-Terrain Electric Mission Module) is a cutting-edge self-propelled electric platform designed to enhance operational payload, energy, survivability, and mobility for modern armed forces. Belrise and Plasan aim to deliver mission-ready solutions tailored to the Indian defence sector's requirements.

This collaboration aligns with the Government of India's Make in India and Atmanirbhar Bharat initiatives, ensuring localised production and technology transfer. Beyond the Indian market, Belrise will integrate into Plasan's global supply chain, facilitating cost-effective production of advanced systems in India.
